Our corporation adopted policy Rules and Regulations as follows ...

• Service mechanics are available from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday to Friday, on a regular time work rate charge basis, for service calls before and after the regular time work hours and statutory holidays will be tended to on an emergency basis  at an overtime rate.

• With careful organization of time to trouble shoot, diagnose, dispatch direction and economics of repair, and follow up with a scheduled process for repairs.

• To assist in design, budgetary costs and facilitate process of progression of commercial projects.

• To submit tenders for our Scope of Work, issue a Bond and Certificate of Insurance for our Scope of Work upon request, if necessary, submit shop drawings, process the Scope of Work through the Construction project, coordinate affiliated trade services for same, start up equipment, submit startup report, provide site instructional, follow up with Maintenance and Operational instructions, provide the specified warranty, as per Architectural and Consulting Engineer approval and specification.

• The bookkeeping and office accounting is available for mandatory credit approval for planned payment in the case of all new customers and clients.

• All new customers and clients require prior and pre-arranged credit approval during regular business hours.
